Northants Jee Goo
This Jee Goo is held by Master Steve King our area 7th Degree Black Belt.
The Jee Goo lessons are designed for 3rd Kup and above. These training sessions allow for more time to be spent on the higher patterns and techniques, that are often missed during a normal club session.
These are a challenging and intense training session for all that take part.
All senior graded members of our clubs, from Red tag upwards, should consider attending Jee Goo training in order to progress their Taekwon-do training.
